WCUG exists to further the interests of cyclists and other vulnerable

road users in and around Woking.

The group is pressing for:

- cycle-friendly road layouts

- safe cycling routes to schools

- improved cycling facilities for commuters

- convenient and secure cycle parking

- and, eventually, cycle routes across the borough.

The group organises cycle training and maintenance classes.

Members receive discounts at local cycle shops (on production of a membership card).

Membership costs £5 per household per year or £20 for 5 years (a saving of £5). This covers the costs of newsletters and publicity.
