To the unintiated, these stands look very complicated. Indeed, when I first saw them I couldn't workout how the bike can be locked to the stand. Fear not, we have obtained these instructions from the UK supplier http://www.cycle-works.com, so thanks to them.

To release your bicycle ...


It's the reverse of the instructions above except for one thing. You need to push your bike forward a little so the rear wheel clamps release, then lift your wheel over the clamps, as shown in the final picture to the right.
